With solid experience in chemical process design and in-depth understanding of GMP plant specification, Fu-Tai Engineering has completed the design and construction of many food factories, GMP pharmaceutical factories, and biotechnology factories in the past decades, already built the prestige among the bio industry. Rely on the accumulated experience of many multinational corporation cGMP pharmaceutical factories, Fu-Tai is able to provide complete services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology factories with overall planning, basic design, detailed design, procurement, construction management, and even the effective operation of pharmaceutical equipment.

For the medicine factory and animal medicine factory built by Taiwan Lilly in Hsinchu, the Fu-Tai project provides basic design, detailed design, project evaluation, assistance in bid review and construction supervision. Cyanamid Taiwan Corporation built the GMP medicine plant and animal drug plant, Fu-Tai participates in planning and design, and provides service for the relocation of the old factory equipment. This project covers an area of 23,000 square meters, including administrative buildings, laboratories, fermentation plants, pharmaceutical plants, pipril plants, supplementary feed plants, utility plants, as well as pure water, air-conditioning, drying and packaging production equipment required for the process.

In terms of oversea business, the first pharmaceutical factory invested by  Boehringer Ingelheim in Shanghai, China, Fu-Tai Engineering participated in the basic and detailed design and assisted in the construction. The total floor area is more than 6000 square meters, with clearness level 100 to 100K liquid, filling, particle, tablet pressing, packaging and 1.5ton/hour ultrapure water system. For the design of the biotech pharmaceutical factory that Fu-Tai participated in, there is a multi-functional and multi-product raw material pharmaceutical factory with an area of 54000 square meters, which is jointly planned with the US company Veco Rapley. Fu-Tai also cooperates with the Syntex-Roche Pharmaceutical factory in the United States to provide assistance for the whole plant to confirm the effectiveness, participate in trial operation, IQ, OQ, PQ and commissioning to meet the requirements of US FDA/cGMP. Fu-Tai also worked with Scino Pharm Taiwan, Ltd. for its multi-functional factory, and also National Institutes of Health, and Biotechnology Development Center.
